We are proud to partner with a renowned luxury resort in the Dominican Republic to find their next Spanish Speaking Executive Chef.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented culinary leader to join a prestigious property known for its exceptional guest experiences and world-class dining.

• Competitive Compensation & Rewards: $5,000 gross monthly salary (28% tax), 13 monthly payments, performance-based year-end bonus

• Strong experience as an Executive Chef in a resort/hotel setting
• Fluent Spanish speaker — non-negotiable.
• Proven international background, with Caribbean experience considered a plus.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.
• Strong leader who inspires teams, holds chefs accountable, and fosters a collaborative environment.
• Highly present on the floor, leading by example in both service and operations.
