Hours: 42.5 hours per week – no overtime required
A leading restaurant in Cambridge is looking for a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef to join their well-structured, high-volume kitchen.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with top-quality seasonal ingredients and play a key role in menu development, supplier management, and team leadership.
The Role:
- High-volume service: 150+ covers per shift
- Events up to 100 covers
- Open fire grill for premium cooking
- Strong focus on quality, simplicity, and seasonality
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience in British seasonal cooking and high-volume kitchens
- Strong leadership, menu costing, and supplier management skills
- Professional, organised, and calm under pressure
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for quality
