Job Title: Restaurant and bar manager
Salary: €3,750 - €4,250 gross per month
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

A dynamic hospitality venue in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Restaurant and bar Manager to lead its transformation into an exciting new café concept.

This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional guest service, and operational excellence.

• Lead and develop the bar and restaurant team, including recruitment, training, and daily management.
• Ensure a welcoming and high-quality guest experience at all times.
• Oversee daily operations, including stock management, purchasing, and financial reporting.
• Maintain operational efficiency in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
• Support wider operational activities within the venue when needed.

• At least five years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work flexibly and perform well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Dutch necessary
