We are working with a rapidly growing, family owned restaurant group that have a variety of different concepts across a few eastern states.

Due to exciting growth, they are seeking an experienced General Manager to join their leadership team at one of their trendy, upscale concepts!

The Role

The General Manager runs the show, making sure everything behind the scenes — and front of house — runs smoothly.

From leading the team and keeping service up to par to managing inventory and budgets, this role is about keeping things organized while creating a fantastic guest experience.

You'll train and develop the crew, keep food quality on point, and help build a positive, productive vibe that makes the place stand out.
