Venue Location Specialist – USA Remote, PST hours – Up to $65k

We’re working with a global travel and events company to grow their events team — and it’s an exciting time to get involved! They offer a supportive remote work environment, lots of room to grow, and the chance to work with fantastic clients as they embark on some big plans within the company.

The Role

• Find and recommend the perfect venues for client events, offering top-notch advice and ensuring a great experience every step of the way.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stay up-to-date on the latest venue trends to help meet event goals
• Drive revenue while ensuring great value for clients, negotiating the best deals, and keeping everything organized with clear documentation.

What they are looking for:

• Previous experience in venue sourcing or event planning, with a keen eye for finding the perfect location.
• Ability to negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with venues to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Experience with Cvent, with the ability to learn new tools.
• Skilled at managing multiple venue searches at once, keeping track of details, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Based in the USA - this is a Remote position but you must be based in the USA and have full working rights.
