What they are looking for:

• Extensive experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-end or resort setting.
• Strong expertise in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, kitchen coordination, and guest service.
• Proven track record in managing financials, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Previous experience working in the Caribbean or at a tropical resort is a plus.
