Salary:  Up to £55,000

Location: West Sussex

I am currently recruiting a General Manager to join this luxury boutique hotel in West Sussex.

My client is recruiting for a General Manager who is passionate about F&B, sales & events driven with an eye for detail.

We are looking for someone who leads from the front and can inspire the staff at this fantastic hotel.

About the position

• Country Hotel
• Overseeing all operations of the hotel
• Creating a strategy to increase revenue
• Help drive Sales & Marketing
• Create a training and development program for the team
• Train and develop a growing team

The successful candidate

• At least 3 years’ hotel management experience
• Operationally driven
• Strong communication skills
• Experience managing F&B
• Customer focused with a big personality
• A leader with an eye for detail
• A team player
