CPU Manager / Production Specialist - UAE

We have been retained by this well establish company to find them a CPU Specialist or Production Specialist to help with the running & management of the CPU!

The role in brief:

As Production Specialist, you will be responsible to manage the Central Kitchen Unit for mass food production.

You will be able to work to the highest standards in food production, team management, KPI & controls and HSE policies & procedures.

The ideal individuals for this CPU Specialist:

• Must be holding a similar job role for an Events Company / Airline Caterer or Group of 5
  
  * Hotels
• Must have excellent communication skills -written & spoken
• Be able to manage, lead, train & inspire large, diverse teams of staff
• Work to the highest standards and exceptional attention to details
• Very detail orientated and be able to work under pressure

Salary packages: AED20-25k pm negotiable for the right person
