Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, from opening and closing to cashing up
- Lead team briefings and set the standard for excellent service
- Support and develop the team to deliver a top-notch guest experience
- Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Manage rotas, training, recruitment, and menu development
- Take ownership of P&L, drive revenue, and control costs
- Implement and refine SOPs to keep operations running smoothly
- Contribute to the restaurant’s success and future growth

- Proven leadership experience in premium, high-energy restaurants
- Strong commercial awareness with financial acumen
- Passionate about food, drink, and delivering great hospitality
- Proven ability to build and develop teams
- Confident with autonomy, managing a venue
