Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, from opening and closing to cashing up
• Lead team briefings and set the standard for excellent service
• Support and develop the team to deliver a top-notch guest experience
• Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Manage rotas, training, recruitment, and menu development
• Take ownership of P&L, drive revenue, and control costs
