Sales Manager - Drinks Business - £37,000 plus bonus

We are working with a bar-led business based in London.

They have a reputation for award winning venues - This is an exciting opportunity to join a very successful company that is expanding which will lead to great potential for progression.

This role can grow into a Regional sales Managers role  

About the position 


  • Led and managed day-to-day sales activity across the venue, driving revenue growth and improving sales efficiency to maximise profitability and guest spend. 


  • Worked closely with the operations team to ensure brand standards were reflected in all F&B offerings, supporting an exceptional and consistent guest experience. 


  • Take ownership of key sales KPIs, including conversion rates, pre-booked revenue, and guest feedback scores — with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement. 


  • Developed and coached the front-of-house team to drive upselling, booking conversions, and a strong sales culture across the venue. 

The Ideal Candidate 


  • Minimum 1 year's sales experience in London.  


  • A solid understanding of the London market  


  • Demonstrates sales techniques and ability to manage and organise own workloads  


  • Team player
