PILATES INSTRUCTOR - BAHRAIN

we are currently looking for a Pilates Instructor to join our client's team on a full time basis.

The Pilates Instructor will guide individuals or groups through Pilates exercises, emphasizing proper form, technique, and alignment to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being, while tailoring sessions to meet clients' needs and goals. 

We are looking for somone with high energy, a passion for Pilates or the fitness industry in general and great personality!

Roles included but not limited to:

• Lead Pilates classes for various skill levels, both in group settings and one-on-one sessions. 
• Demonstrate and instruct proper Pilates techniques and form. 
• Provide feedback and guidance to clients on their progress and technique. 
• Tailor workouts to suit individual needs and goals, considering fitness levels and any limitations. 
• Ensure client safety by monitoring form and providing modifications as needed. 
• Design and develop Pilates class plans, incorporating various exercises and equipment. 
• Maintain a clean and organized Pilates studio or workout area. 
• Keep detailed client records and track progress. 
• Assess clients' fitness levels and goals.
• Build rapport and create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and its potential to improve overall health and fitness. 

Ideal candidate:

• Must possess a recognized Pilates instructor certification (e.g.
  
  STOTT Pilates, Balanced Body, Polestar, Basi)
• Prior experience minimum 3 years
• A background in fitness, physical therapy, pre & post-natal, injury rehabilitation is advantageous
• Proficient in using Pilates reformers and other equipmen
• Strong verbal skills to effectively instruct and motivate the clients
• Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and safely
• Genuine enthusiasm for Pilates and promoting a healthy lifestyle
• Ability to teach both groups & 1 on 1

Salary package: BD700-1000 +commission, accommodation and transportation
