The General Manager Role:

As General Manager you will remain focused on delivering fantastic customer service & consistent, quality food & drink.

My clients General Managers must remain visible at all times – repeat business is an important revenue stream so developing relationship is key.  All marketing & localized PR is done in-house so a General Manager who is keen to be involved with the community is a must.

The General Manager Person:

This General Manager will need to demonstrate proven skills to grow a business, someone that is really people focused.  Big personalities & approachable characters do well in these surroundings so a love for the trade & a passion for good food and drink are essential.  Financial accountability, staff development & coaching plus demonstrated marketing initiatives are all essentials.
