Seeking a Junior Sous Chef to be responsible for supporting the leadership team in managing kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation and quality, and leading the team to deliver consistent and exceptional culinary experiences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a similar kitchen leadership role, preferably in an upscale, high-end environment
- Skilled in managing inventory, schedules, and food safety compliance
- Strong ability to train staff and maintain high culinary standards
- Have extensive experience in a la carte expediting, ensuring smooth and efficient service during high-volume shifts
