Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a well-established, supportive team with the flexibility of hybrid working?

Our client, an established forward-thinking firm based on the Wirral, is seeking a dedicated Conveyancer to join their structured and experienced property department.

The Role: You’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and remortgages.

The firm prides itself on delivering a personal and professional service to its loyal client base.

About You:

- You’ll hold at least 12 months managing a caseload of your own.
- You will be a Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer).
- Confident in handling a varied residential caseload independently
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- A team player who values collaboration and knowledge-sharing
