My client is seeking a detail-focused Meeting & Events Coordinator to join a high-performing Front of House team at a prestigious corporate site in Leeds.

  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, visitors, and external partners

Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries
  • Manage meeting room bookings, setups, and hospitality arrangements
  • Maintain expert knowledge of available spaces, configurations, and menu options
  • Work closely with internal departments and service providers to ensure flawless delivery
