The Role:

We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager for an exciting luxury karaoke club set to open in Central London in July 2025.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for the nightlife industry and a proven track record in managing high-volume, late-night venues.

As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation and success of this brand-new venue.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in new openings, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of P&L to drive the business forward.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally you have successfully opened and launched new venues, ensuring smooth operations from day one.
• Strong background in high-volume late-night venues.
  
  Previous experience managing bars, nightclubs, or similar high-energy establishments.
• Good P&L understanding.
  
  You will have the financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure profitability.
• A valid personal license is essential for this role.
• This will be a late-night venue, so you must be comfortable with late shifts and flexible working hours.
• As the opening is in June, we are looking for someone who can start immediately or within a short notice period.
