A well-established hospitality group is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator in New York! In this dynamic role, you’ll take the lead on planning and executing events from start to finish, ensuring every detail reflects the brand’s high standards.

You'll collaborate closely with clients and vendors to deliver seamless, memorable experiences.

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of event planning experience in hospitality or a similar client-facing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail, ensuring every event reflects brand standards.
• Proficiency in event software/tools and confidence coordinating with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
