• Develop SOPs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance.
• Train and lead banquet teams to uphold luxury standards.
• Stay updated with global luxury event trends.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or banqueting.
• Expertise in handling high-profile events.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English
• UK experience
• Hospitality/event management degree preferred.
