General Manager – New QSR Brand Launch – Plymouth

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Multi-Site Progression Opportunity

We are thrilled to be partnering with a brand-new Quick Service Restaurant concept set to launch its flagship site in Plymouth.

This marks the beginning of an ambitious multi-site development plan, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead the charge from day one.

Focused on quality ingredients, exceptional customer service, and community-driven values, this concept is poised to become a go-to destination for fast, fresh, and delicious food.

The Role:

As the General Manager, you will be at the forefront of this launch, leading not only the daily operations but also contributing to strategic decisions that will shape the brand’s future.

This role offers the unique opportunity to build the foundation of a multi-site business from its very first store, with a clear path to Multi-Site Management within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the Plymouth site, ensuring smooth operations, high standards of service, and brand consistency.
• Build a team from the ground up.
  
  Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff who reflect the brand's values and customer-first approach.
• Drive a culture of outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
• Implement strategies to maximize sales, control costs, and increase profitability, driving the business towards its growth targets.
• Act as the face of the brand in Plymouth, building relationships with local businesses, community groups, and customers to establish strong local roots.
• Ensure the site adheres to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and make strategic adjustments to meet and exceed business goals.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership, contributing to strategic planning and multi-site rollout discussions.
