
Project Coordinator - Facilities Management
My client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the timely delivery of facilities management projects.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage multiple FM projects from start to finish.
- Resolve delays by coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
- Keep project documentation and reports up to date.
- Support scheduling, planning, and communication across stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in FM or construction.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools.
