We are looking for a driven and ambitious Assistant General Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing hospitality and leisure concept in Utrecht.

You will support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business performance, and contributing to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the daily operation and management of the location
• Supervise and coordinate all operational activities to ensure efficiency and high standards
• Recruit, train, and lead team members, creating a strong and collaborative culture
• Guarantee top-tier customer service and guest satisfaction
• Assist in implementing strategies to improve service, streamline processes, and boost profitability
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and maintain a positive environment for both customers and staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role in hospitality, leisure, or a comparable industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving ability, and operational insight
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential
