The Role:

  Take ownership of cross-class commercial claims: property, liability, motor, financial lines

  
  


• 
  

  Guide clients through the process from FNOL to resolution

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise with insurers and third parties to secure the best outcomes

  
  


• 
  

  Act as a point of support for junior colleagues and help shape best practices

  
  


• 
  

  Work as part of a growing, high-performing team in a flexible hybrid setup

  
  

What They're Looking For:

• 
  

  3+ years in a commercial claims handling role

  
  


• 
  

  Confident across multiple classes of business

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and a steady hand under pressure

  
  


• 
  

  Enjoys mentoring and sharing knowledge with others

  
  


• 
  

  Ideally Cert CII qualified or working towards it

  
  


• 
  

  Acturis experience is a bonus
