ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - PAPUA NEW GUINEA

We have been retained by a 5-star Hospitality Group in Papua New Guinea that are looking to add an experienced Assistant Director of Finance to their team.

The Assistant Finance Director will support the Director of Finance in managing the hotel’s financial operations in alignment with the hotel’s strategic goals and financial policies.

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial management, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining internal controls, and providing accurate financial reporting to support decision-making at the executive level.

Ideal candidate:
At least a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related field with at least 3 years working experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Experience working in a luxury or branded hotel.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Opera PMS and SAP.
Providing financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of Strategic Plan, Budget and KPO’s

Salary package: USD3000pm + full expat benefit
