Chef de Cuisine – Up to $100,000 + Benefits – Amenia, NY

We’re partnering with an exclusive private residential club in New York’s Hudson Valley that combines luxury living, outdoor adventure, and farm-to-table dining in a stunning, community-driven setting.

They will lead the culinary team to maintain high food quality and sanitation standards while managing staffing, budgets, and food production across all club outlets. Collaborating with the Culinary Director, they’ll develop menus, oversee special events, enforce food safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement throughout the kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Proven culinary experience in high-end resorts, hotels, or private clubs
• Strong leadership background in upscale kitchen environments
• Skilled in diverse cooking techniques and seasonal menu development
• In-depth knowledge of food products, including local sourcing and imports
• Solid understanding of food safety, health regulations, and kitchen operations
• Portfolio and references will be required

Benefits:

• $100,000 base salary
