A prestigious private club in New York’s Hudson Valley is seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join its seasonal culinary team.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside top industry professionals and contribute to a high-level operation.

You will support the CDC and leadership team in overseeing daily kitchen operations, mentoring staff, maintaining standards, and contributing to menu planning and seasonal events.

Requirements:

• Experience working in upscale restaurants or private clubs
• Culinary education is a bonus!
• Solid culinary skills with a passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
• Team player who performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
