A prestigious barristers' chambers in central London is looking for a proactive Legal Support Services Coordinator to take on a key position within their operations team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in document services, printing, e-bundling, or legal administration to step into a leadership role managing a small team and ensuring smooth, high-quality support for barristers across chambers.

This is a hands-on, fully office-based position suited to someone who takes pride in running an efficient operation and enjoys collaborating with both legal and administrative colleagues.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and coordinate a team of Junior Clerks to deliver a professional post, print, and bundling service

  • Manage e-bundling, scanning, editing and printing of court-ready legal documents

  • Support barristers with document preparation and physical delivery to courts and clients across London

  • Maintain and replenish printers, copiers, and stationery across chambers

  • Liaise with suppliers, manage stock levels and oversee off-site document storage

  • Provide general administrative support including setting up meeting rooms, arranging couriers, and ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations



Skills & Experience



  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

  • Previous experience in legal document services, clerking, or administration preferred

  • Confident user (or fast learner) of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional with excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a traditional, professional environment where high standards are expected

  • A team player who takes pride in supporting others and leading by example
