Hospitality Manager - Fun Leisure Concept Expanding in the UK

My client is a vibrant and growing leisure business, and we are excited to find a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager for one of their venues in SW London.

This role suits someone who enjoys a fun, dynamic environment with a focus on excellent service but without too many late nights.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support and lead the hospitality team during event days and regular service
  • Ensure smooth planning and delivery of a premium guest experience
  • Manage stock control and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate closely with the conferences and events sales team
  • Oversee training and development for hospitality and front-of-house teams
  • Create weekly rotas, manage scheduling, and handle client billing
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire Regulations, and Licensing Laws
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers

Skills and Experience:


  • Proven experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment, preferably within leisure or entertainment
  • Experience delivering large-scale events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Adaptable problem solver, comfortable working under pressure
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and customer-focused environment
