Are you experienced in machine operation and have a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a Afternoon Shift Heat Sealer to join a growing, family-run textile business in Poole.
This is a hands-on role working with textile machinery — ideal for someone with a background or interest in sewing, textiles, or production.

You’ll be part of a small, friendly team in a supportive environment that values skill and reliability.
Key Responsibilities for the Afternoon Shift Heat Sealer:

- Load and unload textile heat sealing machines
- Set up and operate machinery according to specifications
- Perform quality checks and measure products to ensure accuracy
- Work from drawings and follow detailed instructions
- Pack finished products efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What We\'re Looking For in the Afternoon Shift Heat Sealer:

- Prior experience in a production or machine-operating role (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work at speed without compromising quality
- Confident using computers (PC literate)
- Reliable transport and ability to commute to Poole
