We are recruiting a Sous Chef to join our truly amazing gastro pub in Berkshire.

In this role, the Sous Chef will have the benefits or private live-in accommodation above the property.

The Sous Chef will be working with all fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from the local suppliers they work with.

This Gastro Pub is all about creating honest, delicious food that’s beautifully presented to rosette standard! Everything is made in-house, no steps skipped.

This is a great opportunity if you live in the area, or open to re-location to Berkshire!

Sous Chef Benefits:

• £36,000 to £40,000 and tronc on-top!

• Proven record as a Sous Chef in a similar environment.
