Chef de Cuisine, Luxury Resort – Fiji (Relocate) – Up to $80k

Our client is looking for a passionate and visionary Chef de Cuisine to lead their culinary team at a luxury destination set in one of the world’s most breathtaking landscapes.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the dining experience that reflects the elegance, creativity, and excellence their guests have come to expect.

 As the culinary heart of the resort, you will bring refined technique, innovative menu development, and leadership that inspires excellence in every dish served.

Perks & Benefits 

• Salary Package: Up to 80k USD
• Relocation Package: Housing on site, work permit, flights, relocation assistance etc 
• Work cycle: 6 weeks at 6 days/week, followed by a 1-week rest

Requirements: 

• Proven culinary leadership experience
• Culinary experience on par with Michelin-starred and hatted restaurants 
• Previous experience work in a resort or hotel; remote or tropical experience a asset!
• Hold a current Working with Children and Police Checks
• Strong leadership skills to train, mentor, and manage a high-performing kitchen team
