Head Pastry Chef – Fiji (Relocate) – Up to $70k

Our client is searching for a talented and passionate Head Pastry Chef to join their exclusive private island resort team.

If you have a flair for creating exquisite desserts and a commitment to crafting exceptional, memorable sweets that delight every guest, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You’ll lead their pastry kitchen, turning ingredients into sweet masterpieces that brings together their guests dining experience.

Perks & Benefits 

• Salary Package: Up to 70k USD
• Relocation Package: Housing on site, work permit, flights, relocation assistance etc 
• Work cycle: 6 weeks at 6 days/week, followed by a 1-week rest

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in a similar culinary leadership role, preferably within a hotel or resort
• Experience within Michelin-starred or hatted restaurants 
• Holds current Working with Children and Police Checks
• Experience living and working in a remote tropical environment a plus!
• Deep knowledge and passion for classic and contemporary pastry techniques, flavor pairings, and seasonal menu development
