  • Managing and growing a warm desk in the Driving & Industrial sector




  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates




  • Filling temporary and permanent vacancies




  • Attending client meetings and conducting on-site inductions




  • Ensuring compliance with industry and legal standards




✅ What We're Looking For:


  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in Driving and/or Industrial sectors




  • Proven track record in business development and account management




  • Strong communication and organisational skills




  • A proactive attitude and team player mentality




  • Full UK driving licence preferred
