Job Title: General Manager – New Boutique Hotel – West London

Salary:  Up to £65,000

Location: West London

I am currently recruiting for a General Manager for this New Boutique Hotel in London.

As General Manager you will oversee the entire operation of the hotel.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who is ready to invest in the development of their staff to create the best experience for our guests.

About the position

• Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targets
• Implement a 5
  
  * service strategy
• Manage & lead a team effectively
• Be the face of the hotel and lead from the front
• Deliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long-term strategic plan

The successful candidate

• Experience manager from hotels a must
• Room & revenue management experience
• Budgeting & P&L experience
• Excellent leadership skills
• Independent and boutique hotel experience would be beneficial
• Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
