Job Title: Cluster General Manager – Branded Hotel Group

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus

Location: London

I am currently recruiting a Cluster General Manager to join this branded hotel group in London.

As Cluster General Manager you will oversee the operations along with increasing the revenue through sales.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who will maximise revenue and occupancy within the hotels.

About the position

• Create a strategy to increase revenue
• Network with local clients to maximise sales
• Inspire the team
• Act as an ambassador for the brand and lead from the front
• Ensure KPIs are met
• Report to the Owner & Regional Operations

The successful candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong business acumen with great networking skills
• Proven track record within hotels
• Experience in branded hotels
• Be able to inspire and motivate the team
• Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
• Have a passion for hospitality
