We’re working with a vibrant and high-energy restaurant & bar in the heart of Brixton, known for its buzzing atmosphere, quality food, and late-night crowd.

They’re now on the lookout for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the team and drive performance from the floor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume operations and knows how to create a standout guest experience while managing a large team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (or similar senior leadership role) in a high-volume restaurant/bar environment
• A natural people leader with strong team development and guest engagement skills
• Confident managing late-night service, especially over weekends
• Strong operational understanding – from floor management to stock control and rota planning
• Passionate about hospitality, service, and maintaining a fun, professional atmosphere
