Event & Creative Director – Global Luxury Events, Qatar, Competitive Salary + Benefits

We are looking for an experienced Event & Creative Director to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of a global series of premium events blending sport, luxury, culture, and entertainment.

This is a senior leadership role requiring both creative vision and operational expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in large-scale international events and festivals, with the ability to create immersive, innovative experiences while managing complex global operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead planning, production, and execution of multiple international events
• Develop creative concepts, design and production
• Curate entertainment, live performances, and cultural showcases
• Ensure alignment and quality with internal and external partners
• Drive innovation while respecting cultural sensitivity
• Manage the full event lifecycle across all global locations

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in high-profile international events or festivals
• Proven creative direction and event design expertise
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Understanding of cultural and luxury markets
• Flexible for international travel
