Skills and Experience of a Pastry Sous Chef
- Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef, ideally 2 + years in management
- Background in high-volume, high-standard operations (fine dining or upscale concepts preferred)
- Culinary training or apprenticeship
- Passion for excellence, with a hands-on, energetic approach
- Food Safe Certification
