
General Manager - Premium Asian Concept
The Concept:
A high-volume, premium restaurant in central London with a high price point and creative, fast-paced operations.
Every team member has a voice, and standards are set at the very top.
This role needs an experienced operator who understands the London market, can maximise commercial opportunities and be the face of the business.
The Details:
- Central London location
- High-end but high-volume
- Team of 140 including up to 15 managers
- Turnover of at least £9m per year
The Role:
A true leadership position.
You will be setting the tone, building and motivating the team, driving standards, and delivering outstanding service without the stuffiness.
If you thrive on pace, energy and variety, this is a role where you will excel.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in high-end, contemporary restaurants
- New opening experience is a big advantage
- Genuine love for hospitality – guest-focused, energetic and calm under pressure
- Good understanding of Asian cuisine at a premium level
- Commercially confident with P&L and systems
- A strong communicator, hands-on operator and team motivator
