Requirements:
- Proven, progressive leadership experience.
Previously held a CDC or Executive Chef level position - Strong technical foundation in butchery, pasta, and menu innovation.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with excellent attention to detail
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive approach
- Strong financial literacy
- Passion for hospitality, learning, and growth
