In this role, you'll partner with clients to optimize business processes, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and deliver real business value.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud capabilities.


• Design tailored CRM solutions in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring alignment with best practices.


• Develop user stories, process flows, and functional documentation to support solution delivery.


• Facilitate system testing, end-user training, and change management activities to drive adoption.


• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to maximize Salesforce to achieve their goals.

Your Background:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.


• Solid knowledge of CRM strategy, requirements gathering, and business process optimization.


• Experience working in agile project environments, ideally in a consultancy setting.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Fluent in German and English.


• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich; occasional travel within the DACH region required.
