Job Title: Head Chef

I am working with a dynamic and fast growing hotel group that is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead a new Lebanese-inspired restaurant concept within a premium hotel environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional to shape a distinctive dining experience, combining traditional Levantine Flavors with contemporary techniques.

The successful candidate will oversee the kitchen’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.

Role Overview

• Take full responsibility for the kitchen, managing all aspects of daily operations and culinary output
• Design menus that honor authentic Lebanese cuisine while incorporating creative, modern touches
• Establish and maintain clear culinary standards, ensuring every dish meets taste and presentation expectations
• Mentor and guide kitchen staff, encouraging skill development, teamwork, and efficiency
• Manage food costs, monitor inventory, and optimize purchasing and storage processes
• Maintain rigorous hygiene and safety practices in compliance with all regulatory standards
• Source high-quality ingredients and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Work collaboratively with management on seasonal menus, special events, and concept enhancements
• Ensure smooth service during all operating hours while maintaining guest satisfaction

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in Middle Eastern or specifically Lebanese cuisine, with at least 3 years in a senior kitchen role
• Strong background in managing a team in high-pressure or high-volume kitchen environments
• Culinary education or formal chef training preferred
• Proven ability to execute dishes consistently while balancing creativity and authenticity
• Knowledge of menu costing, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
