Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

I am looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team of a high-end hotel.

The ideal candidate is a dedicated hospitality professional with a sharp eye for detail, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver impeccable guest experiences.

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring that every area of the hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.

This role combines operational leadership with hands-on management and cross-department collaboration to enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping operations and maintain consistent quality across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Lead, mentor, and develop housekeeping staff, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional growth
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient department operations
• Implement and monitor cleaning standards, procedures, and health & safety protocols
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to support seamless guest service
• Monitor guest feedback, address concerns promptly, and implement solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Prepare departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in housekeeping management or hospitality operations, ideally within luxury or upscale hotels
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, inventory management, and vendor coordination
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
