They're now seeking a Head Sushi Chef to join their opening team and help shape the launch of one of LA’s most anticipated new restaurants.

What they’re looking for:

• 
  

  A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Head Sushi Chef or higher, in a high-volume, upscale environment

• 
  

  Deep knowledge of premium seafood and expert sushi preparation techniques

• 
  

  Experience creating and executing seasonal and innovative sushi menus

• 
  

  Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

• 
  

  Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  
  without sponsorship
