We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Reception Class Teacher to join a welcoming Catholic primary school in Hendon.

The school provides education from Nursery through Year 6 and places a strong emphasis on academic, spiritual, and emotional development.

Guided by values such as compassion, justice, and respect, the school serves a diverse community and is committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and maintaining strong partnerships with parents and the wider community.

  Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons as a Reception Class Teacher, tailored to meet the needs of all pupils.

  Promote children's independence, creativity, and love for learning through the EYFS framework.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment as a Reception Class Teacher.

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil progress.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing are at the heart of all practices as a Reception Class Teacher.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate actively in whole-school life and contribute to the community ethos of the school.

  
  

• 
  

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience as a Reception Class Teacher or within EYFS.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to plan, differentiate, and deliver lessons that support and challenge all learners.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication skills to work effectively with children, staff, and parents.

  
  


• 
  

  Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.

  
  


• 
  

  Right to work in the UK.
