Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Type: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Loading Shovel Driver to join a busy and well-established waste and recycling site in Blackpool.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable operator looking for stable, long-term employment with great working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a loading shovel to move and manage materials on site


• Carry out routine machine checks and report any issues promptly


• Support daily operations and site housekeeping


• Follow all health and safety guidelines and site protocols


• Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors

Requirements:

• Valid, in-date Loading Shovel licence


• Previous experience in a similar environment (waste, recycling, construction, etc.)


• Strong understanding of site safety procedures


• Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work


• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
