Job Responsibilities

  Work alongside class teachers to provide tailored support as an SEN Teaching Assistant.

  Assist pupils with special educational needs, both in class and in small groups.

  Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

  Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.

  Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals in your role as an SEN Teaching Assistant.

  
  

Qualifications/Experience

  Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.

  
  


• 
  

  Right to work in the UK.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, patience, and empathy are essential qualities for an SEN Teaching Assistant.
