Restaurant General Manager – Upmarket Dining, Qatar

We are looking for a vibrant, experienced General Manager for this fast-paced, High profile restaurant venue in Qatar!

Role in brief:

• Responsible for overall planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all

               Restaurant operations for continuous contribution and improvement in revenues and cost

Controlling

• Ensuring that the quality and standards of services are consistently maintained in highest level including operation, cleanliness and maintenance of the work areas.
• Taking full ownership of the general restaurant requirements as well as ensuring every aspect of brand standards and procedures.

What we are looking for:

• Figurehead of the business and brand – real brand ambassador
• Currently holding a similar role in a restaurant which has an excellent reputation for food and service – cool well known and vibey operations
• Managing a large team in a premium brand – high volume, fast paced environment
• Strong experience in the GCC region and well-connected
• Personable, charismatic, highly presentable with Strong Customer Relations and excellent communication skills

Salary package: SAR35-38k pm all inclusive plus medical, flights, visa, etc
