Job Title: LGV C Driver (Days) - Aylesford


Location: Aylesford, Kent
Pay Rate: £20 per hour



About the Role

We are seeking experienced LGV C Day Drivers to join our team in the Aylesford area.

This is a physically demanding position that involves making multi-drop deliveries using pallets, cages, or a sack barrow.


Drivers can expect early starts, generally around 05:00 (plus or minus 2 hours), and must be comfortable working to a schedule while maintaining a high standard of safety and service.



Key Responsibilities


  • Carry out multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.




  • Load and unload goods using cages, pallets, or sack barrows.




  • Communicate effectively with the office support team.




  • Provide excellent customer service at all delivery points.





Requirements


  • A valid LGV C licence.




  • Ability to pass a driving assessment and legal competency test.




  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.




  • Physically fit and able to meet the demands of manual handling.
