The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a background in the motor trade? This is a fantastic chance to join a well-established and growing vehicle service centre in East Kent.

You’ll be part of a busy, friendly team supporting the workshop with service administration, warranty processing and customer care.

This role offers variety, stability, and the chance to build on your existing experience within a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Raising and processing warranty and maintenance claims for commercial vehicles.
• Creating and managing workshop job cards, estimates, and invoices.
• Sending pro-forma's, confirming costings, and ensuring approvals are in place.
• Co-ordinating MOT bookings and liaising with regular fleet clients.
• Supporting the Workshop Controller and technicians with technical admin.
• Working closely with accounts to track payments and client status.
• Assisting with occasional collection and delivery of customer vehicles.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous motor industry admin experience – cars, vans or HGV.
• Knowledge of warranty / service claims processes.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• IT-savvy with good PC skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
• A confident communicator who enjoys being part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
