I’m looking for a skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to take responsibility for the smooth running of a busy airport hotel near Schiphol.

Your Experience

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, AC)
• Strong understanding of building safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance
• Confident in working with external contractors and suppliers
• Flexible with working hours, including occasional standby shifts

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine spot checks and planned preventative maintenance across hotel facilities
• Ensure mechanical and electrical systems are running safely and efficiently
• Handle repair requests quickly and professionally, keeping guest safety and comfort a top priority
• Take ownership of the building’s overall maintenance, from guest rooms to public areas
• Collaborate with contractors and external service providers when needed
